A registration fee of $30.00 will be collected. The fee will help cover the costs of your child's awards, handbook, uniform, prizes, and any other incentives received during the club. Any extra credit material may be purchased at an additional fee of $10. The registration fee is waived for those who regularly attend Mililani Baptist Church/Preschool or don't currently have a church home. Scholarships are available. Upon arriving for the first day of AWANA Clubs, an MBC Liability Release Waiver will need to be completed and signed by a parent or guardian.

Description

This form is for registration for AWANA at MBC from March 7 - July 25, 2021.
AWANA will take place on Sundays from 5:15 until 6:00 pm. Check-in each week will begin at 5:00 pm.

Due to COVID-19, we will not be able to have AWANA games until restrictions are relaxed. We know that things have to be different until we can relax all restrictions, but social distancing and CDC guidelines will be in place to help us continue to meet and participate in AWANA. The abbreviated schedule (45 minutes instead of the traditional 1.5 hrs) will still allow for Bible Study, Verse Memorization, and book work. We hope to bring the full AWANA schedule back soon, and we will notify all participants once there is an update to the schedule.
