Please read this agreement carefully as use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register.

Online registration for this event may only be completed by an adult eighteen years old and older. The registration of a child under thirteen years old must be completed by the child's parent or legal guardian.

Participant Registration

If you or your child would like to participate in this event as a Participant, please complete the following form. If you are under 18, please have your parent or guardian complete the form. Thank you for your interest in Mililani Baptist Church's Vacation Bible School. Our VBS is offered to children who are in preschool (age 3 as of July 31, 2020) to the fifth grade. Children will be placed in the grade that they will be in for the 2020-2021 school year.

Nursery (babies to 2-year-olds) are for volunteer children only.
